I sometimes procrastinate and just said the happy first ! The Instant Gratification Monkey control my brain when I do the things that not good at it, such as math, presentation and tests.I always do the things until the deadline getting close.This bad habit is bothering me for a long time. To combat procrastination, I allocate the time in advance and do the difficult or urgent things first. Additionally, not use cellphone can help me to concentrate.But! If you're tired,  be a coach potato in a few time is allowed.
